Are all your pieces handmade?

Answer: Yes! all of our jewellery at White Sand London is handmade.

How do I keep my jewellery clean?

What materials are used in your jewellery?

Answer: At White Sand London we only use 925 silver, semi precious and natural stones. We plate using a micron plating technique and the coating is 2.5, this level of plating means your product will be gold or rose gold vermeil, the technique ensure your product will last aslong as possible.

Can I choose different colours of jewellery?

Answer: Yes! We realise that everyone has different tastes and there's nothing more frustrating when you find that perfect piece that's not in your preferred colour. So we offer you the choice to have this altered in 925 sterling silver, 16K gold vermeil or rose gold vermeil, we always plate on top of 925 silver to ensure best of qualities!

Can i return sample sale items?

Answer: No, unfortunately we do not accept returns for any sample items, sample items are not of the same grade as our full catalog, therefore we do not accept them back.

Answer: Yes! you can place an order for all items we list on our website.

If  I have ordered the wrong size can i request a return from your website?

Answer: I'm afraid not, but you can email our returns team at whitesandldn@gmail.com, the team will be more than happy to arrange a return for you and make sure the correct size is on it's way!

How long will it take for my order to arrive once i've placed it?

Answer: This really depends on what type of delivery you have selected and where you are ordering from! We ship to the whole of the UK and Europe it's best to familiarise yourself with our deliveries page, this will detail all available delivery options and their lead times! Deliveries

If my jewellery arrives damaged or something is missing who do i contact?

Answer: At White Sand London we ensure all items are packed and shipped as carefully as possible, If you have received a delivery with either of the above then please contact our customer service team on whitesandldn@gmail.com and they will discuss the next steps, please ensure you have included all the order details in your email.
